Beautiful apartment for 3 persons maximum, divided in two heights. At the bottom, which is accessed, is the lounge, which features a comfortable sofa and a convertible futon single bed, bedroom with a bed of 1.35 m in perfect condition, and a quiet terrace with stunning and unbeatable views (as can be seen from the photos) to the beach and pools enclosure. Upstairs is the kitchen, fully equipped with a table with a lovely view of the mountain, where you can enjoy quiet dinners, and bathroom, comfortable, practical and with bathtub.

It is located in an enclosure area which has three swimming pools, one of which is for children, community parking (which is accessed via an own command).

Ideally located, it is just 10 metres from the beach, completely surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Even in the same street is a bus stop, that connects Málaga and as well as the major nearby towns (Marbella, Fuengirola, Torremolinos, etc). There is also a commuter train near vicinity, and a taxi rank. 5 minute drive, approximately 2km away is Puerto Marina is a marina with lots of life and activity, as much its shopping district as its countless restaurants, bars, etc, in a beautiful setting.
