Beautiful and bright spacious attic apartment with large terrace (24m²) available to let. All rooms look to the exterior and consist of high ceilings with numerous large windows throughout.Located close to Merced Square (Plaza de la Merced), a central and lively square well known for being the birthplace of Picasso.Apartment is decorated to a very high standard, mainly with Brazilian motifs and furniture. It is ideal for two people, but has capacity for a comfortable stay for up to four.

The bedroom consists of two beds of 0,90(pon la medida que usas), which can be joined together to create a double bed. In addition, the bedroom has a couch which converts into two individual beds of 0,80. A curtain allows the room to be divided into two independent areas to allow for more privacy if needed.

The kitchen is modern and spacious with large windows throughout allowing for plenty of natural light. Furnished to a very high standard including all mod cons – dishwasher, ceramic hob and washing machine. There is ample cooking space and a large dinner table.The sitting-room is separate to the kitchen but without a door, creating again a spacious and bright open plan atmosphere.The terrace is accessed via the sitting-room through wide sliding doors, which when left open create a very pleasant extension to the sitting room.

All areas are available to guests. Besides the facilities already mentioned, free WIFI access is provided. Instructions for all electric appliances are available.

Apartment is located on a very traditional and well known street of Malaga, famous for the Holy Week (Easter) processions and again it’s close proximity to the bustling Merced Square (Plaza de la Merced). Located close to shops, bars, gym and restaurants.
